ABI offers office space and techincial assistance to start-up and early stage companies at competitive rates, short leases, and other cost saving benefits, including:

• Term: 6 months, renewable
• No security deposit
• Utilities included with the exception of communications
• Parking (unreserved)
• 24/7 building access
• Office sizes range from 130 to 500 square feet with rents ranging from $230 to $675 per month (tenant companies may lease multiple offices, space permitting)

ABI also offers part-time private office space in the Affiliate Program; rent is from $70 to $100 per month. The program includes:

• Professional work environment & mailing address
• Private furnished office
• Wired/Wireless Internet Service
• Use of meeting/conference rooms
• Shared office equipment
• Business workshops & networking
• First options to full-time affordable office space
